The demolition of Hayden Harris Hall.

This project will alleviate stormwater issues in the area while retaining the parking spots.

The renovation upgraded Paty Hall and was completed in August of 2019. The exterior and stairwell improvement work will be completed over Summer 2020.

This Project will include improvements to the common areas between recently completed sorority houses as well as improvements to the roadways including paving, road markings, landscaping, bike paths, lighting and security.

Fundraising efforts are ongoing for this project.

Sitework continues at the Performing Arts Academic center site. Fundraising efforts are ongoing.

The construction package bid on September 19, 2019 and will be submitted for approval by the UA Board of Trustees in November. The A/V package will bid on October 17, 2019.

Sitework is underway. The project is expected to bid late fall 2019 and begin construction early 2020.

The project has bid and the contract was awarded to Caddell Construction. Work will begin after all football home games are finished.

The third residence hall built to honor Julia Tutwiler, a champion for education in Alabama.
