Completed in July of 2019, University Hall is the new home for the College of Continuing Studies.
This project encompasses the renovation of approximately 1,276 sf of existing space on the first floor of Russell Hall.
The renovation upgraded Paty Hall and was completed in August of 2019. The exterior and stairwell improvement work will be completed over Summer 2020.
The proposed addition will be a multi-purpose therapy suite.
Removing the services off of the tower will allow the University to remove the communication tower, enhancing the aesthetics of the immediate area and improving safety. The connectivity will be relocated off campus without impairing operations.
This Project will include improvements to the common areas between recently completed sorority houses as well as improvements to the roadways including paving, road markings, landscaping, bike paths, lighting and security.
This project is complete as of February 2020.
Recognizing the caliber of the performing arts at UA, the University is writing a new script and reimagining the role of Bryce Main. This transformation will reenergize and reimagine this historic facility.
The construction package bid on September 19, 2019 and will be submitted for approval by the UA Board of Trustees in November. The A/V package will bid on October 17, 2019.
