This project is complete as of February 2020.

Recognizing the caliber of the performing arts at UA, the University is writing a new script and reimagining the role of Bryce Main. This transformation will reenergize and reimagine this historic facility.

Sitework continues at the Performing Arts Academic center site. Fundraising efforts are ongoing.

The construction package bid on September 19, 2019 and will be submitted for approval by the UA Board of Trustees in November. The A/V package will bid on October 17, 2019.

Interior renovations are ongoing and are expected to complete November 2019. The exterior renovation of the 25M pool was completed over Summer 2019.

Sitework is underway. The project is expected to bid late fall 2019 and begin construction early 2020.

The project has bid and the contract was awarded to Caddell Construction. Work will begin after all football home games are finished.

This project is complete and the deck is operational as of August 3, 2019.

The third residence hall built to honor Julia Tutwiler, a champion for education in Alabama.

The Demo and Abatement package for this project bid on October 10, 2019, with the full construction package bidding early 2020.
