This project will connect Bryant-Denny Stadium, Tutwiler, and Parham/Burke to the thermal piping distribution system.
Clinical Services and Research MRI Addition to Student Health
Addition to the University Medical Center to house a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system.
Delta Gamma Renovations and Addition
This project includes the renovation of the serving line and dining area as well as an addition to the 1st-3rd floors.
Peter Bryce Campus Central Parking Lot East
Tutwiler Triangle Lot Stormwater Management
This project will alleviate stormwater issues in the area while retaining the parking spots.
Paty Hall Renovation
The renovation upgraded Paty Hall and was completed in August of 2019. The exterior and stairwell improvement work will be completed over Summer 2020.
Colonial Drive Enhancements (2019)
This Project will include improvements to the common areas between recently completed sorority houses as well as improvements to the roadways including paving, road markings, landscaping, bike paths, lighting and security.
Peter Bryce Main Renovation
Recognizing the caliber of the performing arts at UA, the University is writing a new script and reimagining the role of Bryce Main. This transformation will reenergize and reimagine this historic facility.
Smith Family Center for the Performing Arts
Sitework continues at the Performing Arts Academic center site. Fundraising efforts are ongoing.
