The Lakeside Dining Seating and Exterior Upgrades project (“Project”) will consist of updating the interior seating arrangement as well as renovating the exterior kitchen and patio space of the building. A major component of the Project will be to provide adequate seating arrangements for the student engagement and more usage of the exterior portion of the building to enhance the student experience on the north side of campus. The original outdoor kitchen space will be updated to
obtain better staff use as well as more storage for both cold & dry items. The outdoor space will also have a full allergen service prep & production area.

The interior portion will include new seating arrangements to create better flow of the ground floor and capture the best and most efficient use of the area. It will also include the renovation of a salad bar location.
